If the rental was to cancel, there is a no admin fee that applies (within 2 weeks notice), you will recieve a full refund or credit, whatever you would like. If the rental is cancelled within two weeks of booking, a credit will be given, valid for up to two years.
If you do not pick up the car (i.e. “no show”), AND NO NOTICE GIVEN, you will not receive a refund.
